Bianca's breadth of experience and skills as a program director and facilitator has developed over 20 years’ working in the corporate and non-profit sectors.
After a decade as an advocacy campaigner leading complex projects for international environmental organisations including WWF, Greenpeace, International Fund for Animal Welfare and the Australian Conservation Foundation, she transitioned into the field of leadership consulting.
She has managed, designed and facilitated programs for corporate executives, small business owners and youth audiences.
Bianca has been instrumental in the development and growth of Serendis’ cross industry mentoring programs for which she designed the popular framework on building effective networks. She is Serendis’ expert on developing and leveraging strategic professional networks of relationships for business and leadership success.

Bianca's passion is to help people reach their full potential in their professional and personal lives. She holds a Bachelor degree in communications and post-graduate qualifications in environmental management. She is an accredited executive coach with Coaching Australia and accredited facilitator of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).
Maud is the founding director of Serendis, an Australian leadership consultancy. She brings to her practice extensive international experience in investment banking, combined with academic credentials in executive and leadership coaching.
Before establishing Serendis in 2003, she held senior management positions in derivatives markets for large investment banks in London and Paris, including; HSBC, Societe Generale, Credit Lyonnais and UBS.
Her strong experience in the corporate world allows her to quickly understand the particularities of her clients’ environment and challenges. She has a strong coaching track record within the corporate world where her expertise and perspectives are naturally broad and relevant.
Over the last six years, she has been developing, facilitating and promoting the Women in Banking and Finance Mentoring for Success Program. During this timeframe, the program has grown to welcome more than 150 participants per year across 25 organisations and 2 cities. The program’s feedback is consistently outstanding not only from the perspective of mentees but also from mentors who gain tremendous insights on how they can effect change in the gender balance of their organisation’s leadership. More recently she has also successfully developed and facilitated a similar program for the Property Council of Australia in Sydney and Perth.
Throughout the facilitation of these initiatives, Maud has had personal, confidential conversations with every single mentee and mentor of the Mentoring for Success Programs. These discussions have been centred on the challenges they are facing in developing a more gender balanced culture in the industry. This large amount of data has informed her in depth knowledge and understanding of the gender diversity issues.
A successful entrepreneur and business leader, Maud’s passion remains in the coaching of senior executives and leadership teams to help them develop a mindful, inclusive approach and harness the value of diversity.
She holds a Master in Finance and Business Management (University Nancy II, France). and received professional accreditation with honours from the ‘Institut des Neurosciences Appliquees’, a French leading institute in positive psychology and coaching.
